3Add it to Gmail
- In Gmail, click the cog, then See all settings, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Paste into the box (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on Mac).
- Click the grey placeholder photo, then Change image, then Upload, and pick your photo file. Choose Original size.
- Do the same for the placeholder name.
- Pick it for new emails and replies under Signature defaults, click Save Changes, and send yourself a test.
